The only alternative that is working is to host my bodymovin animation in a server and display this web object in captivate via url. If there is a blue bar then it is playing something, just maybe not what you think it is. This particular animation is not playing neither as an html demo, nor as a json file.

I found a solution to this problem, i imported the json file into ae and deleted the layers with the text, because the animation was not playing because of this!
